I welcome veterans and have experience in post-conflict zones including Iraq, Bosnia, Kuwait, Africa and Nepal. I have a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies from the Trauma Center.
I use a variety of modalities for care including psychiatric-based medications, lifestyle medicine health coaching for nutrition, stress and exercise, Yin Yoga, and Qi-Gong.
I completed courses by Harvard Medical School Executive Education in Lifestyle Medicine for coaching of nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, substance control and improving social connections.
